Piggyback Assemblies

Since 2000 Bovill & Boyd have supplied piggyback assemblies for dozens of projects to various clients.

Block material is dependant on the project and could be rubber, polyurethane or plastic. Banding systems also vary from Carbon Steel strapping for a short term life-span to Stainless Steel, Alloy 625 or Titanium. Kevlar straps and bolts in varying materials are also an option for a potentially faster pipe-lay. We would be happy to give you details of our project history, contact us for more information.

Bovill & Boyd now have their own On-Site Validation Test Facilities and can offer this service along with the supply and Project Management of the piggyback assemblies. Each project is handled by a specified team and co-ordinated through central contacts to ensure constant and open channels of communication throughout the lifespan of the project. Weekly Reporting is provided as standard as is the supply of the Manufacturing Data Book upon completion of the project.
