Our production facilities for punch cut parts are among the most varied in the gasket industry. They range from skilled hand fabrication to the fastest, fully automatic, production of gaskets and washers from a wide range of materials in sheet, strips, discs & pads, self-adhesive backed or plain.
We are able to meet all the needs of today's industry in the conversion of flexible and rigid sealing materials. Since the latest technology is utilised in the production of our punch cut parts we can produce the maximum yield per sheet of material and to keep prices low.
Our range of parts includes both self adhesive backed and kiss-cut self adhesive backed on coated backing paper. Kiss-cut components allow ease of removal from the backing paper for an environment where speed is of the essence.
Components are available in a wide range of materials to your drawings. A representative example of these materials is detailed. Many of these are available from stock in a variety of thicknesses.
