During our many years of involvement with rubber extrusions we have built up a network of reliable, quality manufacturers each with their own areas of speciality. This means that we can find the most suitable producer for your rubber extrusions whatever the dimensions, material or quantity.
We have access to thousands of extrusion dies which may be suitable for your purposes, indeed some are available off-the-shelf. If however you require a custom designed product we would be only too happy to quote against your drawings.
We can also offer a service using injection moulding presses and moulds including one piece gaskets either with moulded corners or with bonded corners and joints.
Other production facilities include extruding and parting off to make bushes to your specifications. This method is most commonly employed when the thickness of a washer will lead to concavity on the OD should it be punch cut. The most efficient method of production in these circumstances is extruding thereby maintaining a tighter tolerance on the OD & ID.
Our experience ranges from Tubes, Cords, Glazing Profiles, Beading, Door Seals, Gaskets, Edge Protectors, Dust Seals and Bushes to larger fenders and piggy backs. A broad variety of materials are available, both solid and sponge, as indicated for your perusal.
